Firstly log in to the website, then go to ‘My Account’ at the top of the page. From here you’ll be able to update your personal details such as name, address, email and password.
If you have forgotten your login password, simply click the “Lost password” button on the login page. You’ll be asked to enter the email address of your registered email account, where a new password will be sent. Use this new password to login to your account on the eschoolbuddy.com website. For security reasons, we strongly recommend changing the new password immediately (go to ‘My Account’ after you’ve logged in.

Your order will be dispatched through an independent courier service depending on the size of the order.
Yes, Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the details of the courier along with your shipment details and/or a tracking link. You just need to follow the link and track your order.
Since the delivery is by an independent courier service, they will reattempt delivery up to two times, after which they will return the parcel back to their depot. However the first attempt of delivery will be made without calling you but the second attempt will be made after calling you and confirming time frame of delivery.
