This contains a mix of five Himalayan herbs; Oregano, Thyme, Tulsi, Cinnamon and Peppermint. A combination of these herbs is good for cough, cold, various types of health issues and basic immunization system of the body. These herbs, grown in Himalayan region, are far better than herbs grown in plains region on account of pollution free environment. Also, Himalayan soil is rich in minerals. The air in plains region has a lot of dust which gets deposited on plants and herbs. Despite cleaning, some traces of dust remain on herbs which affect after-taste. The air in Himalayan region is free of dust. These herbs are produced organically without using any chemicals and pesticides. These are in large cuts that provide exquisite taste and aroma.

Tulsi supports general wellbeing and immune system, and is considered as �mother�s medicine� of nature. In particular, Tulsi is stress relieving, improves metabolism energy level/stamina. These are anti-ageing and considered good for eyesight. Tulsi also has anti-cholesterol and anti-diabetic properties. Cinnamon is good for cognitive abilities, and improves alertness and memory. It helps regulating blood sugar and weight reduction. Cinnamon also helps reducing pain to arthritis patients. Brewing Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil, and let it cool down to 99 decree C.
  2. Put 2 gms tea leaves (1 tea spoon)/cup (200 ml) in the water and cover with lid
  3. Allow tea leaves to brew for 5-10 Min or according to taste
  4. Reuse for 2 times.
  5. Allow additional 1 min steeping time for every reuse.
