This is one of the world’s most sophisticated Chinese methods of preparing Green tea. It has golden/neon green liquor with deep mellow herbal flavor. This tea is not fermented but carefully steamed, rolled and set in different machines all the while, protecting the natural flavors of the hand-picked finest quality ‘one leaf and a bud’. Due to the small white hair which cover the leaf and bud, the processed leaves resemble the peak of a mountain. Therefore, Maofeng is also referred as ‘Yellow Mountain Fur Peak’.

- Bring water to boil, and let it cool down to 85 decree C.
- Put 2 gms tea leaves (1 tea spoon)/cup (200 ml) in the water and cover with lid
- Allow tea leaves to brew for 1-2 Min or according to taste
- Reuse for 2-3 times.
- Allow additional 30 Sec steeping time for every reuse.
