Put 2g tea leaves (1-2 teaspoon of tea) or a teabag in a 200 ml cup.
Boil water, switch off the burner, open the lid, and allow water to cool down for 2 minutes to 80 degrees C.
Brew for 2 mins and
strain tea leaves
Add sugar/Stevie, honey, as per taste.
Reuses of this Tea
Whole leaf tea leaves are meant to be used 2-3 times.
